Warranty

PROCEDURE OF THE GUARANTEE:
Alpha Intercom is a distributor, it only honors the terms of warranties of manufacturers that normally are for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty service you must first contact Alpha Intercom to obtain an authorization number. This one should appear on the return box. No returns will be accepted without authorization number.
No refunds will be given on returned parts if:
. The box comes back with writing done by the customer.
. The box must not be broken.
. Parts must be intact (without scratches, cordless cut) and not installed.
. The packaging must be sealed.
If Alpha Intercom to move to check or repair an on-site system travel expenses are not part of the warranty even if the part is on warranty. Travel and labor is payable by the client.
 
To comply with our warranty on monitors, cameras, access systems etc., you must return the defective part to us so that we can evaluate if it can be repairable or exchangeable.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY:
The warranty does not include transportation charges for parts return at Alpha Intercom. If the part is defective after verification by Alpha Intercom we will return it to the customer at our expense.
.The warranty excludes parts damaged by water fire, vandalism, lightning, high voltage, improper installation, modifications made by a third party, the use of the products for other purposes other than those of their design, a bad maintenance.
No batteries, bulbs, fuses, magnetic media, transformers, electric strike or damage caused by the batteries used in the product are covered.
. Labor costs, loss of services and remuneration caused by a defective part.
